Refund policy

Please choose art carefully. Once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel the order; however, if you have any problems or questions regarding your order, please submit a message to art@julierembacz.com.

• Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. My goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

• Original Artwork: For all approved returns and exchanges, the artwork must be in its original condition and must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please handle all paintings with care when removing from packaging, while flattening, and while framing. 

• Calendars and Prints: For all approved returns and exchanges, the calendar or print must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please email to art@julierembacz.com a photo of your product and reason for your return. If approved, please allow up to 15 days to send a replacement.
