Shipping policy

 

Original artwork: All original artwork is shipped directly from my studio, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered.

• Works on paper are sealed in a clear plastic sleeve, reinforced with sturdy backing and shipped in a flat mailer. Canvas paintings are carefully packaged and secured within cardboard boxes. Please remove from packaging with care.
  

Calendar and prints: please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to deliver.

• Calendars are shipped carefully in a flat sturdy box directly from my printing partner Gelato.

• Prints and framed prints are shipped directly from my printing partner Simply Framed. The frames are custom built for each order, and therefore take longer to process and ship. Simply Framed’s current turnaround times can be found HERE.

Julie Rembacz Art is not responsible for any damage incurred by the shipping carrier once the package leaves the studio.
